1. Import PDF files
To start, download for Free and install the software on your Mac (Notice that you can have free trial for 30 days as well as tech support at no cost). Activate the program and you will find the main interface, drag the PDF files you want to convert into the program’s window and they display in the form of list as illustrated below. Therefore, you can view detailed information of all files imported in this way.
The program supports batch conversion which allows a maximum of 50 PDF files for processing at once.
2.Select output format(s) for your documents
Check you have imported all files properly, and then select the output options for all of them. You could either pick up a file format for each file separately, or apply an output format to all. To do this, select a file in the central window, click [image: Select an output format for the exported documents] to indicate the format, and then press “OK”. PDF Converter Pro currently supports converting PDF to Word / PPT / Excel / Image / TXT / ePub and etc. Please note that the default output is Word which is easy to recognize by the symbol.
3. Convert PDF files
When you have accomplished all above things, click “Convert” to start the process. You will find a progress bar telling you how much has been done before it completes. If you want to interrupt the process, just press “Cancel” and you will return to the main window.
